USDA Food Safety Tips for Areas Affected by Recent Spate of Tornadoes

The USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is issuing recommendations for affected residents in the Southeast and Midwest to minimize the potential for foodborne illnesses due to the aftermath of the weekend’s torandoes and the severe weather that has followed.
