USDA Announces Two Public Meetings to Address Proposed Catfish Regulations

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) today is announcing that it will hold two public meetings in May 2011 to hear public comments on the proposed regulation for a mandatory inspection program of catfish and catfish products.
