The U.S. Department of Agriculture is providing recommendations to those affected by dangerous winter storms, including heavy snow, sleet mixed with snow, ice, bitter cold weather, gusty winds or heavy rain in the Mid-Atlantic, the eastern portions of the Mid-West, and Southeastern regions of the United States.
