Washington Firm Recalls Beef Jerky Products Due to Mislabeling and an Undeclared Allergen

Oberto Sausage Company, a Kent, Wash., establishment is recalling approximately 772 pounds of beef jerky products because they contain an undeclared allergen, soy, which is not declared on the label.
