The U.S. Department of Agriculture is providing recommendations to those affected by dangerous winter storms, including heavy snow, ice, blizzards, bitter cold weather or severe thunderstorms in the Midwest, Western Great Lakes area, Mid-Atlantic, or South as well as strong winds or isolated tornadoes across the United States.
