1 Extended opening hours on now
Swanston Library:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays until Thursday 18 June: 8 am – 12 midnight.
Fridays, from 5 –19 June: 8 am – 10 pm.
Saturdays and Sundays from 6– 21 June: 10 am – 8 pm.
Extended weekend hours at other sites:
The Bundoora, Business and Carlton Library sites will be open 10 am – 5 pm on Saturdays and Sundays until 21 June.
Public holiday on Monday 8 June.
Library sites are either open for reduced hours or closed on the Queen's birthday public holiday.

2 Textiles Technology
The Textile Technology Complete database provides extensive coverage of the scientific and technological aspects of textile production and processing, and is now available via Search It.
It contains 181 full-text publications including journals and books as well as industry and market research reports, and trade literature.

3 Jane's All the World's Aircraft
We've recently subscribed to the online version of this great reference work, which gives you authoritative technical detail on more than 950 civil and military aircraft currently being produced or under development.

4 Two new collections on JSTOR
We've added two more groups of journals to our existing JSTOR collection.
JSTOR Arts and Sciences Collection V adds important literary reviews and state historical journals. It will widen the scope in areas such as philosophy, history, classics, religion, art and art history, and language and literature. By the end of 2009 the collection will contain 120 titles.
JSTOR Arts and Sciences Collection VI extends JSTOR's coverage in economics, education, linguistics, political science and area studies, with 120 titles expected by the end of 2010.

Emerald's collection of Business, Management and Economics eBooks includes access to 65 series titles covering subjects such as strategy, accounting and finance, organizational studies and economics. You can see the title list of books at the Emerald database.
7 Send Semester 2 reading lists to your Liaison Librarian today
Teaching staff preparing reading lists are reminded to send your reading lists through to the Library so we can order books now and allow arrival and processing time, and the books are available when students want them.
