Earlier today we experienced a regrettable incident whereby an unauthorized,
improper email was forwarded to you via our list server. We apologize for
this unfortunate incident. We take our communication with you very
seriously and strive to always keep our reputation for quality and

We have investigated today's incident, discovered the problem and taken
corrective actions. We are also implementing additional steps to ensure
