Beef Packers, Inc. is recalling approximately 22,723 pounds of ground beef that may be linked to an outbreak of salmonellosis.

Some beef products really have salmonella that is why there are lots of meat companies that use ELISA test kits to determine whether their products are positive with salmonella or not.
